When you purchase a package with Eanes Interiors, this indicates that you have read and understand our terms of service as outlined below.

 

Eanes Interiors is not responsible for incorrect measurements. We select all items based on the room dimensions provided. Dimensions are critical to the success of your project so please make sure they are precise. Please refer to our guide to dimensions that will be provided upon purchase of your design package.

All paint suggestions should be tested in your space prior to purchase as lighting is unique to each room and plays a large role in the success of paint colors.

 

All product purchasing shall be performed by you upon completion of your package through our shoppable links. We spend a significant amount of time sourcing the perfect products for your space. Use of the provided commissionable links is much appreciated as it is offered at no additional cost to you and allows us to reduce design package fees. Purchase of “similar” items is discouraged as it could compromise the design.

Eanes Interiors is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items upon purchase. Due to volatility in the market, we suggest purchasing your items as soon as possible. If any of the items go out of stock within 10 days of completing the package, we will source a new option for you at no cost. Anything outside of this window will assume an additional fee of $25 per item so we encourage you to shop quickly in an effort to maintain design intent. We do our best to source in stock items, but long lead times are often unavoidable due to supply chain demands. 

 

One minor revision within 10 days is included. All additional modifications or adjustments made outside of this timeframe will be billed separately at a rate of $100 per revision.

Your design is specific to you and your unique project with all of your design intent in mind. Eanes Interiors reserves the right to virtually publish your completed project for content and for others to source from. Your information will not be provided in order to maintain privacy. 

 

Purchase of your package will place you in our design queue and we’ll notify you once we begin your design. Although we make every effort to turn around your project quickly, lead times vary. 

 

In the event that you decide to pause on proceeding with your design, we will honor the purchased package price for up to 3 months. Rates are subject to change so we cannot honor anything past this date.  

 

If anything changes within the space that we are designing after submitting photos and descriptions, please notify Eanes Interiors immediately so we can incorporate this into the design. We cannot be responsible for any changes that aren’t communicated that might impact a cohesive design. 

 

Our packages allow you to visualize your space as much as possible, but, due to the nature of virtual design, it is possible that some things might not appear the same online as in real life. We strive to select the right pieces for each space, but perception may vary. Please review all dimensions and description details prior to purchasing as we want to make sure you love each selection, but cannot assist with returns.
