Basement Renovation

We've been working hard on our unexpected basement renovation that will include a new full bathroom, custom millwork bar and gaming area, along with space to lounge. Why unexpected? Aged cast iron pipes to blame since they rupture beneath the slab, resulting in costly trenching and pipe replacement. I can handle a lot of hard things, but I wasn't ready for dirt piles in my basement. . .
